Many of you know my husband and I do missions work in India. It is one of the most satisfying parts of my retirement life. I tell friends I have two “jobs” in retirement– India and writing. But at the same time every day is Saturday. What a life!
Today I’m thrilled to be a guest on author and fellow friend of India, Holly Michael’s Writing Straight blogsite. Holly and husband Bishop Leo Michael recently traveled to India at the same time Roger was there. Read her post to see the amazing connection that took place between them in the “nick of time.”
Holly’s debut novel, Crooked Lines, introduced me to her strong writing style and later I read her book on the ten year anniversary of the devastating Tsunami of 2004 in South India. Our relationship has grown via the miracle of today’s technology.
Thank you, Holly, for believing in the message of Homegrown Readers.
Great to see Roger & Jan,
You look wonderful Indian couple living abroad.
May the Lord bless you in your ministry!
